What is Fusion?

Fusion is all about bringing Strength x Pilates training together to bring you the BEST of both worlds

At Fusion our goal is for you to fall in LOVE with your training and we believe that combining these two training styles will help you do just that.

We are focused on creating a community of women so you feel supported every step of the way along your journey and to help you realise that you are NEVER alone in your ups and downs

    • You want to be the girl that does gym and pilates but you don’t want the cost of multiple memberships.

    • You are someone who gets bored easily of going to the gym and wants the option to do pilates at home on the days they want to switch things up

    • You don’t always want to LEAVE the house to train!! You like the convenience of being able to move your body in your own home

    • You’re ready to become a whole new level of STRONG, not only do you want to hip thrust 100kgs but you also want to be able to balance on one leg and have abs of steel

  • We have 3 different Tiers for 3 different types of girlies:

    Tier 1 - 1:1 Coaching - For the type of girlie who wants to cover all her bases. She wants in depth support into her training and nutrition and mindset. She wants to be kept accountable and have an extremely personalised approach to her journey

    Tier 2 - Group Coaching - For the girl who wants to be apart of an expansive environment. She thrives off hearing others wins and learning from the other girls in the group. She wants the ability to get personalised feedback when needed to keep levelling up her training and nutrition

    Tier 3 - Program only - For the independent girlies! The ones who feel confident within their abilities but are wanting a structured program to follow to help them stay on track and be apart of an expansive community

    Each of our tiers have the option to commit for 12 weeks, 6 months or 12 months

  • We truly believe that there is NO better way to train than combining Strength x Pilates. When doing either of the training styles on their own they bring you great benefits however when only doing strength OR pilates there will be gaps in your training thatyou will be missing out on

  • 2 x 45 min 1:1 Zoom calls

  • If you’re unsure which tier is best for you ask yourself these questions:

    Am i wanting 1:1 support? Yes - Tier 1 +2, No - Tier 3

    Do i feel confident following a program on my own? Yes - Tier 3, No - Tier 1 + 2

    Do i want assistance with my nutrition? Yes - Tier 1 + 2, No - Tier 3

    Do i want feedback on my form? Yes - Tier 1 + 2, No - Tier 3

  • Nope! We offer the option to track macros or eat intuitively when you work with us

    However if you haven’t tracked macros before or aren’t educated around nutrition, we highly recommend tracking as it’s a great way to learn more about nutrition before you move to eating intuitively

  • Nope! You can complete the strength workouts from home OR the gym

  • No problem at all! Lot’s of our clients had never tried pilates until they joined with us and they ended up falling in love.

    All of our workouts offer regressions and progressions meaning you can take it at your own pace. As you advance you can begin to take the progressions :)

  • If you are currently pre natal you can join Tier 1 or 2 as we will be able to adjust the strength program to suit you as you move through your pregnancy

    Up until 12 weeks you will be able to continue the full pilates workouts

    After 12 weeks you can complete the pilates workouts and remove the core exercises

  • Yes! If you have an existing injury you can join Tier 1 or Tier 2 and we can cater the strength program to your injury

    We have had multiple clients with injuries work with us and we have been able to help them continue to move pain free!

  • If you are a 1:1 coaching client we provide you meal plans upon request

    However we prefer to focus on educating you around nutrition so that you can learn how to structure meals on your own and what goes into a healthy diet

  • As a beginner we highly recommend either Tier 1 or Tier 2. This will allow you to ask as many questions as needed and get personalised support on your form, nutrition and mindset around your journey.

    We have had multiple beginners join Fusion and it’s a great way to start your fitness journey

Hey queen!!

I’m Elisha and i am the coach behind Fusion, i used to hate my training and was super inconsistent with getting to the gym because of it. I discovered pilates a few years ago and fell in love but noticed i lost muscle when i stopped going to the gym so much.

I thought to myself why am i choosing between the gym and pilates when i could just do both! Just like that Fusion was born!

I have never loved my training more and now i’ve been able to share the magic of Strength x Pilates with so many other women who have fallen in love aswell

I can’t wait to be by your side throughout this journey and i’m so excited to see your transformation both physically and mentally
